5. Payments and Refunds
- Pricing: The prices for courses are determined by XpertBee and may vary depending on the course and instructor. XpertBee reserves the right to change course prices at any time.
- Payments: Payments for courses and services must be made using a valid payment method. By providing your payment details, you authorize XpertBee to charge the amount for the selected service.
- Refund Policy: We offer a refund policy for certain courses, subject to specific conditions. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within the timeframe specified on our website. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Platform Content: All content on the XpertBee platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of XpertBee or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without express permission.
- User-Generated Content: By submitting content to the platform, such as comments, reviews, or course materials, you grant XpertBee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content. If you have a dispute with XpertBee, we encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party will be responsible for their own legal fees.
13. Termination
XpertBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
14. Severability
