Section 1: xpertbee users or members of xpertbee
1. How can I know if my account has been successfully registered?

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon your registration to the e-mail address you registered. If you do not receive the email within 24 days, kindly check your junk or spam email to search the confirmation email from xpertbee or you realised a wrong email address you registered. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at xpertbees@gmail.com or admin@xpertbee.com.

2. What information is required for creating a new account?
Company Purchaser or Business Owner and Service Provider / Vendor / Material Provider – Users need to provide their company registration number or documents for us to conduct background research and verification in order to ensure the users' credibility and professionalism, as to prevent any scam and provide the best experience and safer environment in xpertbee.com.

University Student – A student need to provide their student ID and the snapshot of student card on purpose to avoid the misusage and overlapped information (Eg. A student opens few accounts simultaneously).

3. I am worried if my information (eg. Company registration number, student ID) is being disseminated, copied or disclosed to third parties?
The information obtained is confidential and solely for use to ensure the users' credibility for pleasant user experience. The information obtained is subject to legal protection (Personal Data Protection Policy) and must not be used, disseminated, copied or disclosed to third parties without the written consent of the owner.

4. Are the service provider / vendor / material provider and customer coming from a proper source?
All the vendors and customers have been screening and filtering prior to approval through background research by CTOS, SSM and Xpertbee inspection. Besides, Xpertbee Team will keep the monitor and review all users’ performance all the time. Users who are contradicted with the basic users’ eligibility will be banned from this marketplace on purpose to create a healthy users experience at xpertbee.

Section 2 : Service Provider / Vendor / Material Provider
1. How to register as a member of xpertbee?
i. Go to xpertbee.com/sign-in/
ii. Click “Create an account” if you don’t have an account previously.
iii. Select the “Supplier” and fill all the details or upload document required.
iv. After filling the details, if agree with the TnC and privacy policy, only click the "Create Account".
v. Your account will be verified and approved within 24hours or 1 day. After received email of “Account Confirmation”, this show that account is ready to use.

2. How to quote a new customer when received job notification from xpertbee.com?
i. Login to your xpertbee account.
ii. Click the Left category “RFQ List” or dashboard “RFQ”
iii. Click action “Quote”
iv. Select “Method 1” or “Method 2” to present your quotation.
v. Select Template, If don’t have available template, select “Custom”
vi. Select “Service Date” to service for your customer.
vii. Add the description for your services and the unit price for each service. If you don’t have any idea of adding the description, kindly click and refer to the “Example of Quotation”.
viii. Don’t click the ”Negotiable”, if the quotation price is a fixed price.
ix. Click the “Save as New Template” for next used if needed.
x. Click “Create Quotation” if finished. Quotation will be reached to customer account if verified and approved by xpertbee. You will receive an email upon quotation verified.

3. How to top-up credit in e-wallet xpertbee?
i. Login to your xpertbee account.
ii. Click the left category “E-Wallet” and “Top-Up”
iii. Click “Add”
iv. Bank in the amount of credit to the xpertbee bank account (1 Credit = RM 1)
v. Upload the bank receipt by clicking the “Add image” (Allow to upload in pdf or jpeg format)
vi. Fill up the details below with the reference ID in the bank receipt
vii. Click the “Send & Exit”
viii. The credit will be Top-Up with 24 hours in your xpertbee account e-wallet.

4. How to create quotation templates for my services?
i. Login to your xpertbee account.
ii. Click the left category “Quotation Template”
iii. Select the “Template 1” (Without table format) or “Template 2” (With table format) to present your quotation.
iv. Set a name for your quotation template in “Template Name”
v. If finished, click the “Create Template”
vi. Your template will be ready to use, once verified and approved by xpertbee

5. How to set payment deadline for customer to clear the outstanding payment?
i. Login to your xpertbee account.
ii. Click the left category “Inbox” and “Job Lists”
iii. Click inside the “inbox icon” for the job
iv. Click the “View Quotation”.
v. Set the date for “Payment Due Date”

6. How if customer cancel the booking last minutes?
1) You must request a refund within 1 week (7 Working days) after the job is cancelled by the customer. Xpertbee team will then contact customers to verify the cancellation. Upon receiving confirmation from the customer, we will process the refund.
If the customer does not respond to the verification process, we will:
1) Make at least 3 calls to the customer over a period of 7 working days
2) Leave a message via SMS/Whatsapp/Email to the customer to acquire a response to the confirmation of the job cancellation

If the customer still does not respond within the given time, we will proceed to refund the credit to your account E-Wallet. It will take 2-7 working days for the xpertbee team to process refunds. You will receive a credit refund email notification from the xpertbee team.

Please note that you will not be entitled to a refund when:
1. Service provider / Material Provider / Vendor did not accurately read the job request details written by the customer and accepted the job anyway (exp: customer location at Johor, but service provider only provided services around Klang Valley. This will be considered the service provider mistake and therefore they will not be given a refund)
2. Customer verifies that the cancellation did not happen and the job is still ongoing.
3. Service provider didn’t follow up with the customer within 36 hours after accepting the job that leads to customer canceling the services
4. 4. When the service provider calls in to cancel the past the duration set which is not more than 7 working days from the date of cancellation. Any service provider’s mistake that caused the cancellation to happen (exp: the service provider bad attitude and the customer was angry and therefore cancelled the job)

7. How to mark the job completed?
i. Login your xpertbee account.
ii. Click the left category “Calendar”
iii. Click the “PO/SO No” exp: 1534891
iv. Click the Job Status to “Complete” and mark the “Completed Date”

8. How if forgot the password for xpertbee account?
i. Go to login page and click “Forgot Password”.
ii. Key in your username and registered email.
iii. Reset password email will send to your registered email.
iv. Click the link in the email to reset the password.
v. If you forgot the username or registered email, kindly contact us on xpertbees@gmail.com or admin@xpertbee.com

9. Allow editing the MyProfile details?
You only allow updating the contact details.

10. Able to add or edit the company details or services provided?
Sorry. You're not allowed to edit the company details or services provided that you registered. If need to add or edit any information, kindly contact us at xpertbees@gmail.com or admin@xpertbee.com

11. Why the picture uploaded in portfolio being rejected by xpertbee?
Pictures will be rejected to upload like pornographic, uncomfortable photographic, picture containing company logo or company contact information or any not related to your business nature.

12. How to switch the account to be the customer in xpertbee.com
You need to register again as a customer using the information that you sign up as a supplier before. But the username and password must be different for both accounts.

13. Will our quotation or service price confidential to other? Especially competitors?
Yes. Your quotation is confidential to others or your competitors with same business nature.
Even xpertbee allow to switch account between supplier and customer, they are prohibited to raise RFQ with same business nature or business services. Example: Ali provided plumber services. When Ali switch account to be a customer, Ali cannot raise the RFQ of plumber services.

14. Why I unable to send any contact information during a conversation with our customer?
As this is one of the xpertbee operational system and is stated in Terms and Conditions.

15. Can I withdraw the remaining credit in E-Wallet?
We’re sorry but the refund for credit purchases is not allowed yet. This is stated in the existing policy and terms.

16. How the process If I want to terminate the account in xpertbee.com?
Kindly contact us at xpertbees@gmail.com or admin@xpertbee.com. Using your registered email in the xpertbee account to send the writing consent for us to terminate such account with the subject line of “Request Termination Account”.

17. If terminate the account, will xpertbee return the remaining credit in E-Wallet?
Yes. Once the termination process successful, we will bank in the remaining credit (Not the free credit given by xpertbee) to your bank account. Terms and Conditions applied.

18. Will the feedback & review help us generate more customer sources?
Yes. It definitely helped! As customers more often to see vendors or service providers review and comment by their previous customer. If you have a good rating and good feedback from many previous customers, it helped to prove your trustability and reliability as well as professional to your business.

19. What is the email verification used for?
This is the verification process for xpertbee to check the email belong to the business owner or account owner. Besides this process also help us to check the existence of the email address.

20. Why should I submit the business documents or details for xpertbee?
The purpose is to ensure and create a healthy and safe environment in the xpertbee marketplace. We will use the document to have basic inspection or undergo background research by CTOS or SSM to undergo screening and filtering to avoid scammers exist in the xpertbee environment.

21. Will it safe if the business documents or details submitted?
The information obtained is confidential and solely for use to ensure the vendors' credibility for pleasant user experience for both vendors and customers. The information obtained is subject to legal protection (Personal Data Protection Policy) and must not be used, disseminated, copied or disclosed to third parties without the written consent of the owner.

Section 3: Customers (Company purchasers or Business owner with business registration number) and University students with the active identification card number
1. How to register as a member of xpertbee?
I. Go to xpertbee.com/sign-in/
II. Click “Create an account” if you don’t have an account previously.
III. Select the “Customer” or “University Student” and fill all the details or upload document required. (If you’re the business owner, please select the account type “Master”)
IV. After filling the details, click “Create Account”, if you read through and agree with the Terms and Conditions.
V. Your account will be verified and approved within 24hours or 1 day. After received email of “Account Confirmation”, this show that account is ready to use


2. How to register as sub-account from master account?
I. Get the referral code from your master account in his or her xpertbee account under categories ”MyProfile”
II. Go to xpertbee.com/login/
III. Click “Create an account” if you don’t have an account previously.
IV. Select the “Customer”, “Sub- User” and fill all the details including fill in the referral code from your master account
V. After filling the details, click “Create Account”, if you read through and agree with the Terms and Conditions.
VI. Your account will be verified and approved within 24hours or 1 day. After received email of “Account Confirmation”, this show that account is ready to use.

3. How to use the collection point to redeem the catalogue item?
Kindly email the following details as below to christopher@xpertbee.com to redeem the item in Rewards Centre.

4. How to request RFQ?
I. Go to xpertbee.com/portal/ and sign in your account.
II. Click the “Request of Quotation”
III. Click the “New Request” and fill up the RFQ form as well as attach your required document for better understanding.
IV. If you don’t have any idea of writing the services description, click the “View Guide Documents” for more information and copy the RFQ template if needed. (Search services in “View Guide Document pdf” by typing the keyboard of Window + F or Command + F”)
V. Click “Save & Send” to complete the RFQ form. Your vendors or trusted service providers will engage with you or provide their quotation for you as fast as possible.

5. Could I request more quotation for one RFQ?
Currently we unable to provide this feature. But you can use the following action as below.
Option 1:
I. Select the request services categories but service details in “Other”
II. Write the services description in details and provide us with image or documents for better understanding. (If you don’t have any idea of writing the services description, click the “View Guide Documents” for more information and copy the RFQ template if needed.)
III. Our team will contact you within 1 working days.

Option 2:
I. Select the services categories “Other” and service details also “Other”
II. Write the services description in details and provide us with image or documents for better understanding. (If you don’t have any idea of writing the services description, click the “View Guide Documents” for more information and copy the RFQ template if needed.)
III. Our team will contact you within 1 working days.

6. Can I request RFQ with same my business nature?
Unfortunately, you unable to do that. As we need to protect other service provider’s / vendor’s / material provider’s business privacy. This is to avoid the price war happen in the xpertbee platform.

7. Can I get quotation from previous service provider / vendor / material provider?
Yes, you can. When you fill in the RFQ form, please tick the “View Previous Supplier’s Contact Details”.

8. How to check and view the quotation received?
You will receive an email notification from xpertbee if any quotation received. After that login to your account (www.xpertbee.com/portal/). Click the “Quotation Obtained” category in your left side. Click “View Quotation” and then click “Inbox”, you will be entering a chat box and again click “View Quotation”.

9. Why I can’t see the supplier’s contact information?
This is xpertbee's house rule when you accept the offer from your ideal service provider/vendor/ material provider, both parties contact details will be visible. You no need to worry about the trustability of service provider/vendor/ material provider in the xpertbee platform. As we are very strict and only allow trusted and reliable merchants to join us. Besides, we will be screening all the scammer and undergoes background verification to those merchants who join us. This is to provide a safe and healthy environment in the xpertbee platform.

10. How to see their portfolio and feedback & comments from previous customers?
When you entering the chat box or xpertbee’s inbox, you will see the “View Profile”. From there you able to view their portfolio and feedback or comments from their previous customers.

11. Why I received some quotations but I found out that some of the service provider/vendor/ material providers, they don’t have the ranking or feedback and comments? Should I choose to book them?
The higher the rating of the merchants mean they are working with us for a time and they have plenty of good review from previous customers.
Low Rating doesn’t mean they are not reliable. Maybe they are newbies who joining us recently. You have to see their feedback and comments from their previous customers.
If very low rating, we will do further action for those merchants.

12. How to rate and comment for the service provider / vendor / material provider when the job is done?
After the job is done. You will be notified to give rating and comments to the merchants to serve you.
Below is some rewards point will be given if you rate and comment for them.
Rating Point:150pt
Comment Point: 100pt
Submit Invoice Point: 100pt
Share Application Point: 200pt (Successfully recommend another user who signs up)

Note: 100pt = RM 1 (Only to redeem xpertbee rewards item. TnC apply)

13. How if I found out the service provider / vendor / material provider is a scammer? What action should I take?
Please do report to us at christopher@xpertbee.com or admin@xpertbee.com. Provide their ID with No which located at “View Profile” in xpertbee’s chat box
